We are renting our house with a 9x4m saltwater pool.

There are two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one separate and one in the bedroom with air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a bunk bed for three people and a sofa bed for one person.

The smaller bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a television.

The living room has a sofa bed for two people, a television, and two air conditioners.

Fully equipped kitchen.

A crib and high chair are available.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, gas barbecue, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and a bar.

Small pets are allowed.

Tuchan is a village with approximately 850 inhabitants at the foot of the Pyrenees. There is a shop, bakery, two campsites with a restaurant, snack bar, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, and the village pub "Le Globe."

 The house is situated in a very quiet location on the edge of the village (5 minutes on foot) with a beautiful view of the mountains and Château D'Aguillard.

45 minutes from Perpignan (airport) and Narbonne. And coastal towns such as Canet Plage, Barcés, Leucate, Ageless, and Port la Nouvelle.

1 hour and 15 minutes from Spain.
