La Sarrazine is a spacious, fully furnished holiday home of approximately 170 m², located in the beautiful hills near the village of Carsan with a view over the Rhône valley.
The house consists of two floors: a lower floor suitable for 6 people and an upstairs studio suitable for 4 people with its own entrance.
The house is ideal for two families on holiday together, but the ground floor can also be rented alone. The studio will then not be rented out so that you have complete privacy. There is a rental fee and additional costs for downstairs only (up to 6 people) and the entire house with up to 8 or 10 people.
Thanks to its location in the south of France, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures and hours of sunshine throughout the season.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with patio doors to the terraces, a characteristic dining room and a modern kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, combination microwave and washing machine.
There are three double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The upstairs studio has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a private bathroom with shower. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. 
La Sarrazine is located near the quiet village of Carsan in the Gard, close to St. Paulet de Caisson with local shops and markets.
The location offers fantastic views and is an ideal base for exploring the Ardèche and Cèze. In the area you will find numerous activities such as walking, cycling, canoeing, cultural trips to Avignon or Pont St. Esprit, and enjoying local markets and gastronomy.
The house is a day's drive from the Netherlands and offers a perfect mix of peace, nature and southern French charm.
