Cozy holiday home with swimming pool and air conditioning. (6 persons) 

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with an enclosed garden of 1500 m² with a private swimming pool of 7.5 by 3.5 m. A garden terrace with lounge.

The layout: Kitchen with all necessary equipment: induction stove, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee machine, large selection of plates, bowls, glasses, etc.... kitchen towels and table linen available. Cozy living room with lounge and original decoration, there is a television with Chromecast (streaming service) and WiFi.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds. bed and 1 with bunk bed (bed linen provided)

2 bathrooms: one with a spacious walk-in shower and the other with a bath. There are 2 toilets. Washing machine on site.

The bathrooms are decorated differently, one with a walk-in shower and sink, the second bathroom has a bath with sink, both finished with fine materials.

The kitchen has a beautiful floor and a French look, we have equipped it with nice crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc... and not unimportant :) Large wine glasses, beautiful bowls for salads and dishes......

The house is located in Fontareches, an authentic French village where a small farmers market takes place on Thursday afternoons.

Surrounded by the beautiful Garrigue, with its abundant vineyards, you can take beautiful walks here.

Nearby, about 10 km away, is the beautiful UZES with its beautiful courtyard, Place aux Herbes, where there is a market day every Wednesday and Saturday. Many restaurants and terraces where you can relax...

Another must-see PONT DU GARD the ancient Roman aqueduct.

St Quentin la Poterie, as the name suggests, is a very famous pottery village.

And a little further away: Nimes with its famous Arena and maison Qarré, Avignon, Arles, Orange, Les Beaux, La roque sur Cèze, Collias where you can enjoy kayaking among the beautiful nature, Camargue, Ardeche and Cevennes.....

In July and August there are many evening markets, Fête Votive, music evenings in the surrounding wine estates.

TIP: be sure to visit the Pont Du Gard by night with its light and music show with film projection on the aqueduct.
