The holiday home is located on a plot of 4000 m2 in a green area within walking distance of the village. The spacious, very bright living room with open kitchen opens through 2 window doors onto a covered terrace overlooking the private garden with swimming pool, the adjacent vineyard and the hilly landscape of the Cevennes.
The house is accessible by car to the front door with ample parking on the property.
The swimming pool is 8 by 4 m, equipped with lighting and heated. Sun beds are provided by the pool, as well as a spacious illuminated and covered terrace for the necessary shade.
Here you can enjoy an extremely peaceful holiday with extensive walking opportunities in the adjacent Bois de Lens, where a GR walking route runs; the forest is very suitable for mountain bikers. A garage for storing all kinds of equipment is available.
Several supermarkets are located within a radius of 10 km.
The living room has an area of 45 m2 with coffee table, one 2-seater and one 3-seater sofa and matching furniture, TV furniture, TV with connection to TV Flanders and wireless internet.
There is an open modern kitchen with a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, an induction hob with extractor hood, a dishwasher, combi oven, coffee maker and sufficient cooking pots, crockery and cutlery.
There are 4 bedrooms:
-a large bedroom with box spring measuring 1.8 by 2 m and sliding door wardrobe with mirror
-a second bedroom with box spring measuring 1.8 by 2 m with cupboard and mirror and patio door overlooking the swimming pool
-the third room has a bed of 1.6 by 2m with built-in cupboard and a view of the vineyard
-the fourth room is smaller with a 1.4m bed with clothes rack and is more suitable for children
There are 2 bathrooms; one bathroom has a walk-in shower with sink and toilet and the other bathroom is more spacious with two sinks and toilet.
The house also has a small storage room with washing machine and is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling.
The holiday home is located in a typical southern French village of Moulezan, which recently merged with Nimes, part of the Gard department, and is located in the Occitanie region (formerly Languedoc). The village has its own bakery and a village cafe within walking distance.
The house is centrally located in a tourist region 45 km from the sea, La Grande Motte and Sainte-Marie de la Mer. The cities of Avignon, Arles and Aigues-Mortes are also easily accessible within an hour.
Closer are the tourist centers such as Sommieres, Vezenobres, Uzes and Anduze, the gateway to the Cevennes.
The tourist attraction of the region, the Roman aqueduct the Pont du Gard, is about 20 km away.
Of course, a visit to Nimes with its arena and summer musical evenings should not be missed.
You can also go hiking, mountain biking, canoeing on the Gardon or relax by the pool and enjoy a fresh southern wine.
