The villa is located on a closed 33a land with iron gate, guaranteeing you complete privacy.
There is a large swimming pool of 10 by 5m with spacious sunny terrace and beautiful view (Mont Ventoux), pool house, petanque court and bbq. The pool is salt water and heated from May 1.
The beautiful old pine trees provide enough shade on the terrace to enjoy your well-deserved rest in the south.
The layout of the villa is as follows:
Downstairs:
kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 bedroom with double bed of 1m60; 2nd bedroom with 2 box spring beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together.
In the living room there is a pull-out couch of 1m60, fireplace, satellite flat screen TV and wifi internet access.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and in the storeroom there is a washing machine at your disposal.
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with double bed 1m60 and 1 single bed,
2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet.
For the little ones there is a high chair, crib and 2 folding beds.
Air conditioning is also provided.

The villa is located in southern France on the border of Provence and Languedoc. Near Anduze, a beautiful town with lots of entertainment, restaurants, markets and all the necessary stores.
Due to its central location, the following excursions are a stone's throw away:
Nîmes, Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes, the Camargue, the Mediterranean Sea, Arles, Avignon, Pont du Gard, Bambouseraie....
For sports enthusiasts, there are possibilities of horseback riding, rock climbing, tennis, fishing, adventure parc, not to mention the opportunities to explore by bike the beautiful nature reserve of the Cevennes.
