There is a permanent barbecue in the garden. The cities of Narbonne and Carcassonne are approximately 35 km away. distance from La Livinière.
For fresh bread from the bakery, you can walk to the supermarket in the village and there is also a restaurant where you can eat excellent pizzas, a doctor and a pharmacy and of course several wine chateaus, where you can taste and buy delicious and often award-winning wines.
One pet is allowed.
Upon arrival you will find the beds already made. The costs for this will be deducted from the deposit.

Downstairs you will also find the first bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be made up as one bed 160x200, there is plenty of cupboard space, patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool.
On the first floor you will find the second bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m, with bedside tables and sufficient cupboard space and a private balcony with a beautiful view over the Cesse valley, in clear weather you can see the Pyrenees.
Rural La Livinière is located at the foot of the Montagne Noir. An area with a lot of natural beauty, where you can walk for hours, picnic, or swim in the crystal clear streams and rivers that have wound their way between impressive rock walls. The centuries-old picturesque town of Minerve (the namesake of the Minervois wine region) is a must visit. On the other side of La Livinière there is a wide valley through which the famous Canal du Midi, dug on behalf of Napoleon, runs with its many locks.
