Villa Belle Étang - Beautiful outdoor spaces

The villa has a colorful, well-maintained garden that fits perfectly with the Mediterranean atmosphere. The fenced swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters with diving board is a real eye-catcher. The pool terrace has recently been renovated and enlarged, providing even more space for relaxation. Here you will find comfortable sunbeds and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and the view.

The renovated summer kitchen with bar, freezer and refrigerator is ideal for a cozy barbecue or a snack and a drink. The spacious covered terrace offers shade and invites you to enjoy delicious meals 'al fresco.' From the terrace you can admire the étang and the passing yachts.

The villa is spacious and exudes a Mediterranean charm. On the first floor are the lounge and dining room with a glass front, so you don't have to miss any of the breathtaking views. During the day you can see the yachts on the lagoon and in the evening you can enjoy the lights in the harbor. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool, so you won't miss any of the action outside while cooking. The laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and two additional refrigerators is located on the ground floor

Villa Belle Étang - Comfort and extra services The villa is fully equipped for a carefree stay. Final cleaning is included, as well as the use of linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels). You can optionally rent beach towels.

Upon request, we can hire an experienced chef to prepare delicious meals at an additional cost, or arrange a babysitter for added convenience. Dogs are welcome upon consultation.

Villa Belle Étang is located just 1 km from the charming village of Marseillan. The port of Marseillan, surrounded by attractive terraces and restaurants, is a wonderful place to be. Here you will also find a sailing school and the lively weekly market. For a day out, the fashionable Sète and the lively Cap d'Agde are both recommended. The hinterland offers a beautiful backdrop of vineyards and charming villages, ideal for a wine tour or outdoor activities.
