This villa located on the edge of the village of Oupia, on a ridge has a great view. The tastefully decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully planted garden that offers privacy and tranquility with its large palm trees. There is a small shop in the village and 5 minutes away in the next large village, Olonzac, there is a large supermarket and other shops. There is also a large weekly market here every Tuesday morning. You can walk straight from the house into the woods, the beach is relatively close and there are many attractions in the area (Canal du Midi, Citéde Carcassonne, Minerve, Fontfroide Abbey, Montagne Noir, etc). Of course it is wonderful to stay 'at home' in this fantastic place.
