Interior

Downstairs you'll find a living room with open fully equiped kitchen, a washing machine, separate toilet and a masterbedroom (160x200) with airoconditioning, shower room and access to the terrace.

On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms: one with a single bed (90x200), the second with 2 singles beds (90x200) and third one with a double bed (140x200). There is also a separate toilet, a bathroom with double sink, a bath and a shower. There is airconditioning for the entire first floor.

Outside there is a lovely terrace with a dining table and a BBQ,the terrace gives you direct access tot the swimming pool (4mx8m, depth 1m50).

The villa is completely enclosed and there is parking space at the house

Surroundings

Located in the village Pouzolles where you find a bakery, a little shop and café/restaurant in walking distance. You can find a large supermarke in 4km (Roujan).

Make sure you visit the lovely city Pézenas (15km) with its saturdaymarket, Béziers (20km), Sète (50km) but you can also visit Montpellier (70km) or even Carcasonne(100km).

Beaches aren't far away either: Valras-Plage (30km), Vias (32km), Cap d'Agde (40km)

There are also plenty of oppurtunity's for an active holliday by walking through the vinyard's, canoeing, kyaking...

Only 30km from Béziers airport and the train station in Montpellier (70lm) or Béziers (20km)
