Sitting under the covered terrace, overlooking the heated, big swimming pool and the magnificent, rolling landscape of the Minervois, the Corbières to the Pyrenees, it is a fantastic experience to be here. The terrace and swimming pool of the villa is South-facing so giving you also in spring and autumn delicious, pleasant spots to be able to enjoy this great place. Privacy guaranteed. (this house ie recently changed from owner. new onwer has changed a lot inside, new kitchen, new furniture, new beds etc, new pictures will follow).

General:
This villa is situated on the wooden hillside of the Montagne Noir, at short distance from an authentic village has a large terrace where it is relaxing by the spacious effect that the view gives you. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar.) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. You walk from the villa into the vineyards and wooded hills. In the surroundings are several meeting points of interest to fill multiple vacations.
In the winter of 2022, the villa has been equipped with new furniture, a new modern kitchen with associated equipment and new toilets. The house is absolutely great.
Interior:
The living room (40 m² air-conditioned) and the open kitchen (10 m²) which is equipped with all necessary appliances comes through French doors out onto the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 220). The third bedroom has a double bed (180x200) an en-suite shower with washbasin and French doors to the terrace. In the bathroom there is a wash basin, shower and toilet. In the hallway at the front door is a second toilet.
Exterior:
Following on from the living room is the covered terrace with a table and chairs. The spacious terrace is directly connected with the large, heated swimming pool (12 x 4) with Roman walk-in stairs. On the right is a second covered terrace where you can enjoy lounging in the late, silent evenings overlooking the great landscape. The whole is surrounded by a field of 3600m ². There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The car park is on the left side of the house on site.
