VILLA LAYOUT:
Spacious attractive living roomwith air conditioning.  Leather 3 and 2 two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, writing table and cupboard with flat screen TV, via satellite including 50 Dutch and other channels + Chromecast. Radio/CD player, books and games.

Kitchen, is adjacent to the living room with a 4-burner halogen hob, stainless steel extractor hood, combination microwave, spacious fridge/freezer and dishwasher. And also, Senseo, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender and very extensive kitchen inventory..
From the spacious living room you enter the spacious covered terrace through 2 double doors. Here is a dining table with 6 matching chairs with cushions, various patio chairs, table, electric barbecue and ashtray.
The ground-level terrace around the pool has comfortable adjustable sunbeds and parasols.
Ideally, you can walk from the covered terrace to your swimming pool without steps or steps.

With us you book directly with the owner, so there are no other costs for you, such as administration costs, landlord, commission, brokerage costs, fees and the like. This is in contrast to other landlords or rental companies. When you make your booking and beyond, also on site, you always have direct personal contact with us as owners.
