“Le Soleil d’Eyraud” is a charming holiday home built in the authentic, traditional Périgourdine style of the Dordogne.
This beautiful accommodation is perfect for groups of up to 10 guests—ideal, for example, for two families traveling together—and offers everything you need for an unforgettable, pleasant, and relaxing vacation. The house was completely renovated and tastefully redesigned in 2025. Inside, you’ll enjoy all modern comforts blended with a contemporary, atmospheric interior that radiates warmth and coziness. Great care has been taken to integrate the surrounding wooded environment, which invites you to walk, cycle, and explore together. Children can play freely in the spacious garden or in the swimming pool, while parents can unwind on the terrace. Both indoors and out, the home exudes peace, charm, and carefree holiday delight.

The house features a fully equipped open kitchen with all modern comforts: a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, spacious refrigerator, and freezer.
The cozy sitting area includes a pellet stove and air conditioning, ensuring comfort all year round. For the kids, there are board games and fun books ready to enjoy. A smart TV allows you to log into your Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video accounts—perfect for a relaxing evening.
Bedroom 1: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200).
Bedroom 2: Offers two 90x200 beds that can be easily joined into a king-size bed—ideal for solo travelers or couples who appreciate extra space.
The spacious bathroom includes a stylish walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: This large room with a beautiful view has its own private entrance and bathroom. It is accessed from the outside of the house and features a queen-size bed (160x200), shower, sink, and toilet. (Bathroom under construction – spring 2026).
Bedroom 4: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200).
Bedroom 5: A smaller room with two separate 90x200 beds. Private bathroom with bathtub and sink. (Under construction – autumn 2026). Bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected, making them ideal as a family-friendly suite. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire upper floor, which is also equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.
The property boasts a spacious and lush garden of 8500 m², surrounded by beautiful trees and stunning views.
A private swimming pool (8.5 x 4 m) with comfortable loungers and deck chairs—perfect for relaxation and fun.
