Ladière - Holiday home La Ferme

La Ferme is part of the charming Ladière estate, located in the heart of the Dordogne (Périgord Noir) on approximately 15,000 m² of private land with an ecological swimming pond and an unobstructed view towards two castle ruins.

The domain offers a quiet, natural environment and is an ideal base for hikers, cyclists, canoeing and golf enthusiasts.

The properties can be booked separately or together, making Ladière perfect for families and friends who want to holiday together.  

La Ferme is a characterful holiday home on three floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The entrance floor has a spacious open kitchen (25 m²) and a cozy sitting room (25 m²), and from here you have access to the terrace with a view. On the attic floor there is a landing with an extra guest bed, a separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds.
