La Ferme is a spacious and charming gîte on the 300 year old Le Roudier estate, ideal for large families or groups looking for a rural holiday in France.  As part of the original farmstead buildings, this property is perfectly positioned next to the large 14x7 pool.  Your private terrace opens out directly onto the shared terrace which benefits from the pool/ games room and fantastic panoramic views of the Dordogne countryside. The whole complex has been sympathetically renovated, retaining all the original character.

Onsite guests can use the games room for table tennis, 5-aside football pitch, tennis court or just relax by strolling around the 30+ acres of garden and countryside.  This quiet corner of SW France has so much to offer visitors and Le Roudier is the ideal base for you to explore.

The interior features generous living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 comfortable bedrooms, combining rustic charm with modern comfort.  The ground floor has a double bedroom which is served by a modern, well equipped, walk-in Italian shower. All on one level downstairs, the shower/ toilet has basic fittings to accommodate guests with limited mobility.  Upstairs provides 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.  The living area and kitchen are well equiped with WiFi and TV.

Outside the private terrace has charcoal BBQ and plenty of seating with tables for alfresco dining beneath a shady pergola.

Nearby lies the charming bastide town of Eymet, known for its lively weekly market, welcoming terraces and excellent restaurants. Bergerac, famous for its historic centre, vineyards and international airport, is also just a twenty-minute drive away. This makes Le Roudier easily accessible and an ideal base from which to explore the region.
