This private domain has a characterful main house with living room/lounge, equipped kitchen, and on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, a storage room.

On the first floor there is a large sleeping area for 4 people (dortoir). Then there is the outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. There is also a cave with the necessary washing facilities. You enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the valley, you have 100% privacy and silence. There is of course a swimming pool (6x11) and several terraces with extensive garden furniture. In short, plenty of charm and character, comfort and tranquility.
The house is located near the village of Montpezat d'Agenais, in the countryside in peace and quiet, 25 minutes from the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot or Agen, the capital of the Lot-et-Garonne.
You can take several marked walks in the area, or beautiful bike rides are ideal here. There are also many other sporting activities or historical visits.
Prayssas is 4 km away with a bakery, grocer, café, restaurant, bank, pharmacist, etc. And 25 km away are the larger towns for department stores, museums, etc.
There are several charming villages around to visit or cozy night markets with local delicacies.
