Detached holiday home in nature with a large garden and lots of privacy. Peace and space à la campaign, with a view of the valley.
A holiday accommodation (max 4 people) located in South West France, the Nouvelle Aquitaine region south of the Dordogne.
Due to its special location in the valley, this holiday home offers a lot of privacy. It has a large enclosed garden (50a) with beautiful views. An ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, walkers or cyclists in a southern climate.
The large garden can be the play area for children.
This is the region of vineyards, fruit and vegetable growing, the "pruneaux d'Agen", the picturesque French villages with their bastides, southern markets, the rolling landscapes and the river "Le Lot".
This region is also called "the Tuscany of France".
Prayssas, the lively village of "de Caractère", is 3 km from the holiday home.
The house is rented per week (from Saturday to Saturday). But if you wish to rent for a different period, please feel free to contact us. Then we can discuss together what is possible.

Large terrace, partly covered 60 m²: garden furniture: 2x garden tables with 4 chairs, 4x sun loungers
Large garden (5000m²): this is completely enclosed with a fence and large parking
Pets not allowed
Smoking is not allowed in the house
WIFI in the house (5G box)
Fly windows in living room, large bedroom, toilet, veranda.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are NOT provided, please bring your own.
