Welcome to our charming and spacious holiday home in the sunny South Ardèche! Our villa has been carefully furnished and offers all the comfort and privacy you need for larger families, couples with children or groups of friends enjoying a holiday together.

With four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa offers plenty of room and privacy for everyone. No more morning queues for the bathroom – just a relaxed start to your day! On hot summer days, the modern air conditioning system keeps the entire house, including all bedrooms, pleasantly cool for a comfortable night’s sleep.

What truly makes our villa unique in the Vallon-Pont-d’Arc region is the exceptional amount of space surrounding the property. While many holiday homes are located on busy holiday parks, here you can enjoy complete peace and tranquillity. The vast 3,000 m² private garden offers children plenty of space to play safely, kick a football or simply have fun, while you relax on the terrace with a good book.

The large private swimming pool is heated, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim not only during the summer but also in spring and the late season (May, June and September). Comfortable sun loungers around the pool invite you to unwind and enjoy long, relaxing days in the sun.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one bedroom has two bunk beds, and the upstairs bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The villa is also fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, a modern kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The villa is located in Lagorce, just 3 km from the lively village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and the breathtaking Gorges de l’Ardèche.

Within just a few minutes, you can reach the banks of the Ardèche River for an unforgettable canoe or kayak trip beneath the famous Pont d’Arc. The surrounding area also offers charming local markets, cosy cafés and terraces, impressive caves (including Grotte Chauvet 2) and picturesque French villages waiting to be discovered.
