This floor also features two bedrooms (one room with 2 individual beds and one room with a bed for 2; (1,40 cm large and 1,90 cm long))and a bathroom with a bathtub, bathroom sink and toilet.

The first floor includes the main fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking plates, Nespresso typecoffee machine and all necessary kitchen equipment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable living room with television, dining area and seating space.

The second floor offers an additional bedroom for two guests (one bed for 2 persons, 1,40 cm large by 1,90 cm long), babybed, a foldawaybed, a sitting area and a second bathroom with shower, bathroom sink and toilet.
