Le Chalet

A chalet near 'Lac de Pannecière'.

Located in the natural park the Morvan, in the heart of Burgundy, stands this lovely chalet with a beautiful view on the garden and the hills.

Les Moulins is a tiny hamlet/hameau, which belongs to the municipality of Corancy.

You can do your daily shopping in Chateau-Chinon, where you will find supermarkets (Lidl and B1), a pharmacy, bakery, terraces and various other shops.

Besides relaxing in and around the chalet, there are the activities below.

In the lake you can swim, canoe and fish (license required)

Across the lake is a cozy campsite where, twice a week in high season, a nice music evening with live music and food is organized. Everyone is welcome! (a Burgundian evening on Tuesday and a pizza evening on Thursday, in connection with crowds, it is advisable to book this during the day for the time you want to eat, you can do this at the campsite)

Bathroom with showercabin, toilet, washbasin with cabinet.

Outside

You have a covered veranda with 4 adjustable sun loungers and table, from where you have a beautiful view over the garden and the hills.

You can also seek shade in the garden. At your disposal are 2 sun loungers, a table tennis table and a barbecue.

Parking

You cannot park at the chalet. At the entrance to our property are 2 parking spaces

Arrival/departure

Le chalet is rented for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

You can enter the chalet from 16.00 hrs and on the day of departure you should leave the chalet before 9.30 hrs.

Prices Le chalet

4 person chalet

The rental price per week in the months of June, July and August is € 595.00

In the early and late season the rental price per week is € 495,00

Rental price is:

Including bed and kitchen linen.

Excluding tourist tax € 0.80 p.p. p.n. from 18 years.

Excluding cleaning costs € 65,00

We require a deposit of € 150.00

The chalet has electric heating and air conditioning.

You can use the electric heaters, air conditioning, but given the environment and high energy prices we assume an average electricity consumption for a family of 40 kWh per week, anything above that we will charge afterwards (€ 0.30 per kWh.)
