Bienvenue to BienViennue
We are Jan and Annika – together with our three children, we have been living in this old castle farmhouse since the summer of 2023, in the region where we have vacationed for over 20 years. We love the peace, nature, and authentic atmosphere of the Loire, and we are delighted to share it with you.
Our Accommodations:
• Gîte: Suitable for up to 15 people. It includes 3 rooms for 2–4 people and 2 rooms for 1–2 people.
• Prices: Please consult the accommodations for the current rates. In the low season (outside 15 June – 15 September), the gîte is €100 cheaper per night.
More Than Just a Place to Stay
Our castle farmhouse, set in a spacious garden right by the Vienne, offers countless opportunities for relaxation:
• Dive into the swimming pool
• Play jeu de boules, table tennis, football, or jump on the trampoline
• Unwind in our cozy lounge with console games, a dartboard, a foosball table, and a pool table
Your Home Away from Home
We believe it is important that you feel completely at home here. We are happy to offer tips on the most beautiful villages, impressive castles, and charming wineries in the area. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there are wonderful hiking and cycling routes through hills, forests, and along the water – supported by our digital library with routes in .gpx and .pdf formats.
The Region is Full of Life
In addition to natural tranquility, you will regularly find markets, antique fairs, festivals, and local celebrations in the surrounding villages and towns. Although BienViennue is easily accessible via the highway, the lush surroundings make the hustle and bustle quickly seem far away. And for those who wish to stay connected, Wi-Fi is available everywhere – even on the terrace.

Unique Rooms with Privacy and Views
BienViennue has five unique rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, so you can enjoy maximum privacy. The rooms radiate a natural and authentic character and offer beautiful views of the garden or the courtyard with historical buildings. Each room is equipped with a kettle, espresso machine, fan, and a cozy sitting area, so you can fully relax in your own space. Although there is no air conditioning, the thick walls of the house ensure that the greatest heat remains outside and the interior spaces remain pleasantly cool.
Spacious Living Kitchen and Dining Area
The large living kitchen is centrally located in the holiday home, fully equipped with all the amenities you need: ovens, a grill, spacious refrigerators, freezers and more. The adjacent dining area has room for everyone and is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or a good conversation together.
The Loire region, also known as the "Garden of France", combines the best of France: historical charm, refined gastronomy and a diverse nature.
From BienViennue you will be staying in an ideal base to explore the region. Within a two-hour radius there are numerous unique destinations, each with their own character and charm. Plan your days full of discoveries or enjoy all the beauty that this region has to offer at a leisurely pace.
Excursions at various distances
Within less than a thirty-minute drive from BienViennue there are several picturesque villages, impressive castles and culinary gems that you should not miss.
There are also many special places to explore within an hour's drive.

The Loire region is not only a paradise for culture lovers, but also for those who love nature. The rolling countryside, vast vineyards and picturesque villages make this region perfect for exploring by bike, on foot or by kayak. Along the water, through the woods, over hills and fields – there is a route to suit everyone.
