Bienvenue chez Moulin des Jarasses, where strangers become friends, children go about their business and the days pass by unnoticed. Many have now become acquainted with the nice, relaxed atmosphere at the Moulin des Jarasses campsite. The luxurious accommodations, the family showers, the forest, the stream where you can wade with your bare feet, long summer evenings at the table d'hôte: they are good for countless warm summer memories.

As parents of three young children, we, Judith and Andries, know better than anyone what it takes to give fathers and mothers a relaxing holiday. So you will find various nice play corners, a large trampoline, an animal meadow and go-karts, scooters and bicycles at the campsite. And of course the two wonderfully heated (fenced) swimming pools with sun terrace.

Our guests also spontaneously come up with the best events every year. Football tournaments, soap slide competitions, water cannon shooting, ghost tour, colorful evening, musical, fashion show, old Dutch games: they have all happened before.

It would be nice if we could welcome you. Together with our team we will do everything we can to give you an unforgettable time!

Every year we organize the Special Baby and Toddler Weeks, where not only the children are central, but the parents are also put in the spotlight -:) 07-06 to 05-07 and from 30-08 to 13-09.

The school holidays run from 05/07 to 30/08.

We are proud to offer the wooden villas. Our own design and furnished with the quality and luxury that we would like to offer so that every family can enjoy comfort and optimal nature. Through the many windows, the green nature merges. The stream 'la Noisette' runs behind the houses, where the children can play around or take a dip. (of course with an eye on the little visitors, you can close the entrance door at the rear yourself). Special racks have also been made for the opening windows at the front, safety within the family is top priority. The large windows (with curtains) and sliding doors make this house ideal for the holiday enthusiast who enjoys space and nature. A large veranda that we have covered so you can enjoy outdoor life for even longer. On both sides of the house there are spacious bedrooms, one for the children with 2 bunk beds and space for the child's bed and sufficient storage space, the other with a KING SIZE BED (160x220cm) with sufficient storage space. The mattresses are of high quality. Pillows and duvets are provided, as are the mattress protectors.

A spacious open kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator and a complete inventory, a spacious dining table with comfortable chairs and 2 high chairs, so that everyone in the family can sit. Kitchen linen is provided as standard, as is a baby chair.

The pallet stove creates a nice atmosphere and is located next to the 2-person sofa with storage space and reading lamp.

On the veranda you will also find 2 lounge chairs with a low table and a large dining table with comfortable chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

This accommodation is ideal to combine if you want to spend your holiday with friends or family, because they are installed on our site (of course with sufficient space and privacy) in such a way that it could be a perfect combination.

The wooden villa offers a view of the trampoline and slide and the animal wide, can you already see giving your child a carrot or piece of apple as a 'goûter'?

Camping Moulin des Jarasses is located in central France, about a 4-hour drive from Paris. The village of 'Le Compas', where the campsite is located, is located in the scenic landscape of the Limousin region (known for the Limousin cattle) in the Creuse department. A clean and unspoilt part of France with many forests, lakes and picturesque villages.

Here, in the least populated region of France, you can walk and cycle for hours without meeting anyone. And what about paragliding, canoeing or fishing? Of course you can also just do nothing and enjoy the greenery and friendliness of 'the green heart of France'.
