At En Laurenc, the feeling of “coming home” begins in the spacious living room, featuring a large open fireplace, 42" LCD TV, and DVD surround system.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and blender, allowing you to enjoy cooking at your leisure.

On the ground floor, you will also find a fully renovated bathroom, a separate toilet, a washing machine, and a storage/garage area with a table tennis table and sauna.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: two large rooms with double beds, two rooms each with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Next to the house, on the ground floor, there is a fifth bedroom for one person, with its own entrance, toilet, and sink.

There is plenty to do around En Laurenc. In mid-July, the charming Country Festival in Mirande takes place, and in early August you can enjoy the world-famous Jazz Festival in Marciac.
