Close to the bustling town of Condom lies this charming longère, a typical mid-19th-century Gascony building. The house was renovated while retaining a maximum of traditional elements. For example, we find the massive central staircase hall that divides the original house in two. Whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy the rich history of the Gers or taste local specialities, this property offers the perfect base for an unforgettable stay.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms with bathroom in the old part, below them the living space, dining room and a modern equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and living space we have access to a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the new swimming pool and the beautiful landscape of the Gers, with its rolling hills, corn, maize or sunflower fields. In the distance, views of 2 castles and the silhouette of La Romieu, one of the most beautiful villages in the Gers.
A 2nd living space was created in the barn, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms.
