The charm of an old farmhouse with an inner courtyard and a large authentic barn!
Completely renovated, but retaining its original charm and you notice this immediately when you drive up; a large courtyard, with under the barn a generous veranda with spa bath and a lovely sitting area.
Inside the house a large living room with dining kitchen, and a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is lovely and cool with French doors to the rear terrace with deck chairs and voiles.
We live on a small hameau with a total of 3 houses, 2 of which we rent out ourselves.
Not suitable for small children, as we live on a slope and this is unsuitable for small children.
We do accept a dog, but we ourselves have 3 friendly golden retrievers and our cat Flo, so would like a dog that has no problems with this.
In addition, we have 2 large horses who also love a carrot.

Walk through enchanting forests and discover the charming towns of Prayssac and Puy L'Éveque along the Lot river. There is great fishing and a cycling or hiking trip through nature is also worthwhile. Renowned wineries in the immediate area are known for their excellent Cahors wines. Go kayaking on the picturesque Dordogne river, discover the splendour of Domme, Sarlat and Montpazier, and let your taste buds dance at the lively evening markets with local delicacies. A world of experiences awaits you!
