Very quietly located holiday home in a wooded area with a large covered terrace at the back. Here you have complete privacy, overlooking a 1,500 m² garden. In the spring of 2026, a new in-ground swimming pool of 8x4 m will be built with a sun terrace. This single-storey house with authentic details is equipped with every comfort. A wonderful home to relax and enjoy the surroundings, authentic France with beautiful villages and restaurants that are worth a visit. See also the video at the bottom of this page.

The complete open kitchen is equipped with every comfort: microwave, spacious fridge-freezer combination, gas stove with electric oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the utility room. In the living room, in addition to a TV/DVD player, there is also Internet/WiFi available. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom and toilet. There is also a second bathroom and a separate toilet. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Les Falières is a tiny hamlet located on the border of the Lot and Dordogne. The region, characterized by hills and valleys, is rich in picturesque villages and beautiful castles. An ideal place for walking or cycling. Cahors, the capital of the Lot, is a 30-minute drive away and is known for its delicious wine.
Cazals is 7 km from the holiday home. A small village with all amenities, including bakers, a butcher, a local shop and a Sunday market.
