This beautiful house dating from 1900 combines authentic charm with modern comfort. Perched on a hill, it offers breathtaking panoramic views over the valley.
The property features a large 6000 m² garden where children can play freely, as well as a private woodland of more than 7000 m² for young adventurers to explore. Thanks to its peaceful location with no overlooking neighbours, you can fully enjoy privacy, nature and tranquility.

Space and comfort for everyone
This spacious and comfortable holiday home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It is ideal for one large family or two families enjoying a holiday together.
Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together around the table. The adjoining veranda overlooks the swimming pool and garden, making it a wonderful place to start the day or relax during warm summer evenings.
The large living room with a pool table offers plenty of space for relaxing and having fun together. This floor also includes a separate toilet, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and a bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children.
First floor
Upstairs you will find five comfortable bedrooms. Three rooms feature a double bed, while two rooms are furnished with two single beds.
There are also three bathrooms: two with shower and toilet, and one with a bath and toilet, ensuring plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone.
Additional amenities
The property also offers several extras to make your stay even more enjoyable, including a private swimming pool, a gas barbecue for outdoor meals and a large pétanque court for relaxed evenings with family or friends.

Getting here is easy. The high-speed TGV train connects Lille (Tourcoing) to Angoulême in about 4 hours and 20 minutes, followed by a short 30-minute drive. Bordeaux is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away, while La Rochelle and the Atlantic coast can be reached in around 1 hour and 45 minutes.
