We rent out our French holiday house. Available for up to 10’people it was originally a cloister and later a school with the main building dating back to 1620. Situated in the quaint Gallo-Roman town of Sanxay (40 km under Poitiers) it has a wall completely surrounding it so your dogs will be safe. Quiet and situated in the middle of the village it will be a guarantee for a great holiday!
5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 separate living rooms (1 in the apartment and 1 in the main building. A playhouse for the children and an outdoor dining area under the canopy. Garage with parking for 1 car but large parking at 100 meters. Beautiful large walled garden with fruit trees and a large ( 9.75m by 4.88m) private above-ground swimming pool are also included
Located in a village of about 100 souls, yet close to nice towns such as Niort and Poitiers. Just a 35-minute drive from Futuriscope but surrounded by those nice traditional French markets.
