Beautiful south-facing Provençal holiday villa with a swimming pool (5x11). Equipped with every comfort and luxury! Enclosed parking for 5 cars. Views of hills and mountains and just 20 minutes from the sea. Very peacefully situated in the Val du Tignet, a lively town near Peymeinade, west of Grasse – the world-famous perfume city. Just 25km from Cannes and its beaches. Nice airport is 45km away.

The villa is occupied year-round, sustainably maintained and furnished, so you can enjoy a "home away from home" feeling. The peace and tranquility of our home are the antithesis of busy days filled with all sorts of activities. You can practice your daily jog by picking up traditional baguettes and croissants. We truly do everything we can to ensure you have a varied holiday.

For Flemish and Dutch guests, we have a Flanders TV channel with 500 channels available. Wi-Fi is provided as standard.

After three years of exploring the possibilities of this ideal location on the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes has convinced us. You can enjoy peace and quiet and have the opportunity to explore, visit, shop, play golf, and so much more.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with 2 sets of 12-person dinner sets - 2 sets of 12-piece cutlery - large & small pots - all kitchen, baking, and roasting utensils. 1 refrigerator (1 with spacious freezer compartments). Oven, microwave, coffee maker with Thermos, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, dishwasher.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Small Weber BBQ. 1 electric griddle for 6-8 people. Deep fryer, food processor, grill, 1 toaster, toaster, etc.

The property (2600m²) is fully fenced and has two entrance gates. It is situated in a "clos" with three villas, offering a very peaceful location without traffic noise, yet so close to the main road. Public transport is readily available.

The location is very convenient for both the coast and the hinterland. A 15-minute drive takes you to the A8 motorway, which takes you to Saint-Tropez and Marseille, and then on to Monaco. To reach Cannes and its beaches, a 10-minute drive takes you towards Grasse, where the "Pénétrante" motorway takes you directly to Mougins, Cannes, Mandelieu, and/or Antibes.

By car, you can arrive from the north via the A8 and take exit (39) Les Adrets/Lac de St. Cassien, a beautiful artificial lake offering a wide range of water activities.

It is a peaceful yet vibrant region. We are 500 meters from a small shopping center with two supermarkets, a hairdresser(s), a pharmacy, a second-hand shop, a newsagent, a rotisserie, two bakeries, a bar/tabac, a pub, and restaurants.

Furthermore, there are caves, forests, cycling and hiking trails in the – albeit hilly – area. The markets of Peymeinade, St. Césaire, and Valbonne are definitely worth a visit, as are the renowned perfumers and intricate museums in Grasse. The artistic village of St. Paul de Vence is also easily accessible.

The region is also a paradise for golf enthusiasts. There are six golf courses in the immediate vicinity (Claux-amic, St. Donat, two in Opio, Royal Mougins, and Terre Blanche in Fayence). There are at least 10 to 15 within a 30 km radius.
