EXTERIOR
Villa Elise is a charming and peaceful holiday home for 8 people, featuring a private heated pool and stunning views over the valley. On the south side, where the pool and outdoor shower are located, you'll enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding forests and the valley. On the large, partially covered balcony terrace, you'll find a beautiful teak dining table and a Weber electric barbecue, a perfect spot for relaxing in the shade.
A tiled staircase past oleanders leads to the second terrace surrounding the lower pool, where large parasols and ample sun loungers are available. This villa is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac, 3 kilometers from the village of Lorgues, where you'll find bakers, butchers, fishmongers, supermarkets, terraces, and restaurants. The access road is easily accessible.
To the west, a 100-kilometer view stretches across the Ste. Victoire mountains near Aix-en-Provence. The surrounding area boasts numerous wineries and renowned Provençal markets. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is highly recommended.
The beaches of Fréjus and St. Tropez are 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon, and Hyères are all within an hour's drive.
INTERIOR
The 4,800m² property is fully fenced and offers stunning views over the valley. The villa sleeps up to 8 people and 1 baby. The layout includes a gated entrance, a spacious entrance hall, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and hob. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
The spacious and bright living room features comfortable sofas, a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV with international channels, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available. There are four spacious bedrooms, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and French doors leading to a west-facing balcony terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and panoramic views. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room with sink and toilet. This room also has French doors leading to the balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink. French doors from the living room lead to the partially covered south-facing terrace.
There is a double garage with space for one car, as well as ample parking on the property. The private heated 8x4m swimming pool is equipped with a water alarm system. For children, a high chair, baby cot, foosball table, and darts are provided. In short, a fully equipped holiday home with plenty of privacy and stunning views.
