Villa Quadrille

Villa Quadrille is a modern, comfortable villa with a private heated pool, large sun terraces, and a separate downstairs apartment.

The house is quietly situated in a green setting near the Provençal village of Lorgues and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The sleek, bright interior, the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, and the excellent privacy make this an ideal villa for one or two families or a group of friends who want to experience Provence in style. Outside, you can enjoy the long terrace, the large swimming pool, and the expansive views of the green surroundings.

The house is currently undergoing a minor upgrade during the winter season. New photos will follow in the spring, which will also show the garden furniture.

Good to know: Outside of peak season, this house can also be booked in a different configuration, suitable for 6 or 4 people. The entire property always remains private; unused areas are never rented out separately.

Interior – Main House (Upper Floor + Tower Room)

Villa Quadrille consists of two levels and is fully south-facing. On the upper floor (entrance level), you'll find the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a modern open-plan kitchen. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the long terrace that runs the entire length of the villa.

This level also houses two bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with a shower and double sink). There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor. The third bedroom (the tower room) is located one level up: a unique round bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

Air Conditioning Main House

All rooms in the main house (living room and bedrooms) are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling), providing extra comfort in both summer and early and late season.

Interior – Ground Floor Apartment

The ground floor forms a separate apartment with its own entrance, but is also accessible from inside. Ideal for grandparents, friends, or a family seeking a little more privacy.

The apartment consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and two en-suite bathrooms (shower and sink).

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but manual fans are provided for cooling.

Exterior – Terraces, Garden & Pool

The villa is located in a green, quiet area and consists of two levels, each with a private terrace. The upper terrace spans the entire length of the villa and is furnished with a modern lounge set, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining table (better photos will follow in the spring).

The lower terrace offers additional seating (bistro set) near the pool.

The private pool measures 12.5 x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.60 m. It is heated in spring and autumn (included in the rental price) and equipped with a pool alarm. Sun loungers and large parasols are provided around the pool.

There is ample parking on the property.

Villa Quadrille is nestled in the green hills near Lorgues, a beloved Provençal village with a charming center, excellent restaurants, and a well-known weekly market on Tuesdays. From the villa, you have a rural view and plenty of peace and privacy.

Lorgues – a charming village with terraces, shops, and a large Provençal market.

Several wine estates are nearby, including those in the Draguignan/Lorgues region, where you'll find the renowned Côtes de Provence rosé.

Gorges du Verdon & Lac de Sainte-Croix – impressive gorges and a beautiful lake for swimming, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking

Hiking & Mountain Biking – beautiful routes through the countryside around Lorgues are accessible directly from the villa

Mediterranean Sea / Côte d’Azur – the coast near Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël/Fréjus is approximately a 45-minute drive away; ideal for a day at the beach.

Cities like Nice, Toulon, and Aix-en-Provence are about an hour's drive away and are perfect for a day trip.
