EXTERIOR
Villa Romarin has a fully enclosed garden of 4000 m2 with a large heated private swimming pool of 4 x 11 m. The garden and swimming pool are south-facing. In spring and autumn the swimming pool can be heated with a heat pump and covered with a tarpaulin. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols to relax by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and both a built-in coal barbecue and a gas barbecue to prepare a delicious meal.
There is a large lawn at the house, so that small children can play there. There is also a jeu de boules court and ping pong table in the garden! There is sufficient parking space for 6 cars.
This villa enjoys an extremely quiet location on a dead-end road. The house is located 1.2 kilometers from the village of Carces, where you will find the bakery, butcher, fishmonger, various supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is recommended. The beaches of Fréjus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.
INTERIOR
Villa Romarin is a spacious and cozy house of 190m2 for up to 10 people on a fenced private property of 4000m2. The house is spacious and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Villa Romarin is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, approximately +/- 1.5 km walking distance from the Provencal village of Carces.
The house is equipped with every comfort and has a pleasant living and dining room with a fireplace and a view of the garden and swimming pool. There is also a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV (French channels), DVD player and music system. There are various board games and many books available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso, filter and Senseo coffee maker. There is a separate room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also 2 cots and high chairs provided. From the living room there are patio doors to the terrace.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. There is a very spacious bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and a shower room with shower and single sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and a private bathroom with bath and single sink. Bedroom 5 has a double bed, with separate 90 cm mattresses. The mattresses have an outer length (2m10 instead of 2m). This bedroom has its own typical Provencal terrace and its own shower room with walk-in shower and single sink. There is also a toilet in the hallway upstairs.
To combat the heat, there are mobile fans in all bedrooms.
Villa Romarin is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, approximately +/- 1.5 km walking distance from the Provencal village of Carces. The villa has a large heated private swimming pool, a jeu de boules court, ping pong table and bicycles available. In short, the ideal holiday home for a wonderful family holiday!
