We offer you a very beautiful villa in the heart of Provence. There is in all rooms Air conditioning is provided, which can also be used as heating at cooler times, but will especially provide cooling during the summer period. Rentals only from Saturday to Saturday. Each period has its own price.
Suitable for 6 people + 1 baby. 1little dogis allowed. Shoulder height 35 to 40cm. For this we ask €35 (payable locally) for our cleaning lady. Located 15 km from Côte Azure, but much quieter than on the coast.
Panoramic view from the entire domain because it is approximately 30 m higher than street level, just like a picture card.
Our key holders will receive you on site and are ready to answer all your questions or problems during your stay.

Level parking: garage for 1 car and cellar with a perfectly working washing machine and dryer.
Level swimming pool: large living room with dining room and lounge area. Large TV with many stations, internet radio, DVD player. Open kitchen with every possible luxury. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is a covered terrace with furniture. The place to use the electric BBQ. Second spacious terrace with furniture and 6 sunbeds by the swimming pool (with Roman steps) of 8x4m.
Separate toilet. Downstairs bedroom with double bed (160cm x200cm) with adjoining bathroom (shower and sink).
Level 1st floor : 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90cmx200cm) + baby cot. Separate toilet + bathroom (with walk-in shower and double sink).
The entire domain is fenced with ironwork and also has an automatic gate. Your car and belongings are therefore always locked when the gate is closed. Your dog is also safe and cannot escape.
Our holiday home is within walking distance (about 800m) from the center of Bagnols en Forêt. A village with several terraces and restaurants. Distance to Côte d'Azur (Fréjus) is only 15 km. At about 2.5 km there is a Carrefour with gas station for your shopping. But within 15 km you will find very large stores with up to 45 cash registers.
Many beautiful walks nearby. Experience all possible water pleasures on the nearby Lac de St Cassien. The paradise for golfers is of course Terre Blanche.
From here you can make very nice excursions, for example St Tropez (30 km) Cannes (40 km) Monaco, Gorge de Verdon, Fayence, Seillance, the perfume city of Grasse.... There are many old Roman villages in the area with a rich past. Lovely old, narrow alleys to walk around. All worth a visit. Would you rather take a trip to Monaco or Nice or Île Sainte-Marguerite or Saint Honorat? All within reach
