The village, with its café, bar, restaurants and general store is less than a kilometres walk from the villa along a quite country road, which many years before was the old railway line.

The villa is bright and spacious, with a large dining room, open lounge, with comfortable corner sofas and 2 easy chairs by the fire, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV, both these rooms open out in to the tiered and very interesting garden and pool area.

The kitchen is in a traditional Provencal style, fully equipped with modern appliances. From here you can take your breakfast enjoying the morning sun on the front terrace with a large table and chairs, looking over the countryside.

There are 5 bedrooms, on two levels, the upper level 3 bedrooms, one twin and two double are fitted with A/C for your comfort.

To the lower level there is a large double bedroom with doors leading to the rear terrace, garden and pool. On this floor you also have another twin bedroom.

The villas offers two shower rooms one with a toilet, a family bathroom with toilet plus a single toilet.

To the rear of the villa is a most beautiful garden, from a large terrace with table and chairs for evening dining you can enjoy cooking on the Webber gas BBQ. Set on upward tiers with many footpaths leading to seating areas, a boule court, wooden decking area plus the swimming pool with a patio and summer lounge area.
