The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area and a large living room opening onto a garden/terrace with a shaded dining area and a swimming pool.

The house is perfect for the winter months - cozy sitting by the wood burner on large comfy sofas or for the superb summer months - by the pool or exploring the area, with its wonderful restaurants and its delicious wine, or to simply enjoy the fantastic local markets and café life with a café crème and a croissant!

Les Jardins has four double bedrooms with very comfortable double and king size beds (twin available in a room on request). The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It has a downstairs toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer . The ground floor also has a kitchen dining room with a large fridge freezer, electric hob and dishwasher.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and pretty dinnerware. It also includes a dining table that can accommodate 8 people. The dining room leads to a large living room with large comfortable sofas with plenty of cushions. A large screen television, with 'surround sound', Netflix and Sonos for DVDs and music; a wood stove for cozy winter nights and many beautiful books and works of art.

The living room leads via patio doors to the terrace/garden, with a shaded dining area and swimming pool. Stunning southerly views over Cotignac and the hills towards St.Tropez, plus plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and large parasols providing extra shade in summer.

A beautiful Provencal village house, nestled just above the picturesque village of Cotignac, nicknamed "Le Petit St Tropez" and recently awarward as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The house is in a quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square. There are beautiful views of the village from the terrace and the windows.
