You can enjoy the heated swimming pool, with a low beach area where children can stand, a jacuzzi under the palm trees and 10 sun beds.

There is a very complete kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer. On the terraces next to the swimming pool there is a cozy outdoor lounge and various tables and chairs.

Adjacent to the swimming pool there is a super cozy outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, plancha and large gas BBQ with BBQ grill and grill plate for 10 people. In the garden you can have fun with pétanque and table tennis. There is parking for several cars.

The villa is completely new and modernly furnished. There are 5 bedrooms for 10 people and 2 children and a baby.

 These are located in 3 parts of the house, so they offer perfect privacy:

-Ground floor: separate hall with large master bedroom, with a bed of 180 cm and a bed of 90 cm, bathroom with bath-shower, 2 sinks and separate toilet and dressing.

-1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (bed 160cm), bathroom with shower and 2 sinks and separate toilet.

-Separate studio via outside door with 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and single bed (90 cm) and 1 bedroom

 with double bed (160cm) and bathroom with shower and 2 sinks and separate toilet.

All new beds are invitingly covered with beautiful, new bedding, the bathrooms also have new towels, as well as plenty of XXL towels at the pool. Rooms can be darkened, you don't hear anything...or at least...the stream that babbles down the road.

The villa is located in Flayosc, a real Provencal village, where there is everything: bakeries, supermarkets and 12 wonderful restaurants. There is a market every Monday. E at 39 km you are at the sea! : St-Maxime, St-Tropez .. the Cote D'Azur... you can also go to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Le Lavandou... and at 53 km you are in Moustiers-St-Marie (George Du Verdon) where you can discover breathtaking nature.

Typical villages are worth a visit: Lorgues, Cotignac, Tourtour, Fayence,... le Lac de Saint Croix...
