La Petite Source is a comfortable holiday home with a private swimming pool, peacefully located among the vineyards of Le Plan-de-la-Tour, approximately a ten-minute walk from the charming village centre.
The property offers a high level of privacy and is situated close to Sainte-Maxime and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte d’Azur.
The estate consists of a detached villa with a separate guesthouse, set on a fully enclosed plot of approximately 2,500 m². The heated swimming pool (10×5), with a spacious terrace, lounge set (new in 2026!), and sun loungers, invites you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find a vegetable garden, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court. In addition, a covered parking space is available.
Inside, the house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and a cosy seating area ensure a pleasant stay. We are currently working on a small makeover of the living room and bedroom. With new mattresses and bedding, a box spring in the bedroom, and wall accessories, we will soon add extra comfort and atmosphere.
The estate is generally entirely reserved for guests only; the owner does not stay on the property during the rental period, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.
