La Petite Source is a charming and comfortable holiday home with a private swimming pool, peacefully located among the vineyards of Le Plan-de-la-Tour. From the house, it’s just a ten-minute walk to the village centre with its lively cafés and Provençal atmosphere.

The property sits on a large, fully enclosed plot of about 2,500 m² and offers complete privacy. Sainte-Maxime and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte d’Azur are only a short drive away, perfect for a day by the sea.

The estate consists of a detached main villa and a separate guesthouse. Around the heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m) you’ll find a spacious sun terrace with loungers and a ping-pong table. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers plenty of space to relax: a vegetable garden, a lawn, and a pétanque (boules) court, ideal for outdoor fun and leisure. For your convenience, there is also a covered, secure parking area.

Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. A fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a cosy sitting area ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

During your visit, you will have the entire property completely to yourself, the owner is not present, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the heart of Provence.
