Description of the property: 2500 m², planted with oaks, olive trees, and local greenery. 8 x 4 meter swimming pool. Spacious sun terrace and covered, shaded outdoor area.

A 30% deposit of the total price of the stay is charged upon reservation.

The living room comprises a dining and sitting area with an HD TV and wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerators and freezers, a traditional oven, microwave, hob, and coffee maker. There is a terrace with two garden tables and sun loungers for guests. An outdoor kitchen is located under the covered terrace.

Linens are not provided but can be provided upon request (€100). Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning is available upon request (€150).

- 10 minutes from Carcès with its beautiful lake and the Caramy waterfall (highly recommended).

- 36 minutes from Sainte-Maxime, 45 km from Saint-Tropez,

- A 1-hour drive from the Gorges du Verdon, with the beautiful Cotignac and the Sillans waterfalls along the way.

- An hour from Quisnon for exploring the Basse Verdon (highly recommended!)
