The villa of 130m2 is detached and for sole use, fenced and closed with an electric gate. There is ample parking space inside the gate.

At the front of the belle étage there is a large terrace with rattan lounge and table, ideal for breakfast at sunrise.

The terrace off the living room is the place to dine, with a view of the Mediterranean Sea, at a large table (glass top) with 10 chairs. A sun awning gives you shade if desired. There are plenty of sunbeds available for a siesta by the jacuzzi. This way you can enjoy the sun all day long.

There is an internet connection and via chromecast (Wifi, tablet, smartphone) you can receive Flemish TV channels (VTMgo, Goplay, VRTmax) and several radio channels on TV.

Villa Aurelle is located in Le Trayas in the VAR department, Provence Côte d'Azur region and is about 20 km from Saint Raphael and Cannes. Restaurants and some beach bars are within walking distance close to the marina La Figuerette. The area is ideal for beautiful nature walks where the trip to Le pic d'Aurelle and to Le pic de l'Ours are a challenge.

Le Trayas beach is a 10-minute walk away. A shop (superette) is also within walking distance.

Le Trayas has a train station about 1 km away and Nice Airport is 37 km away and there is a train connection between them.
