This beautiful villa offers spectacular sea views and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious garden with a large, lockable and heatable swimming pool. When entering the site, up to four cars can be parked on a private property with an electric fence. The beautifully landscaped garden includes a spacious petanque court, a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop for the children. There are cozy terraces around the villa for sun or shade. The large swimming pool (10.5 meters by 4.5 meters) is equipped with numerous sunbeds, a pleasant lounge set and a heated outdoor shower.

The villa has a spacious, bright kitchen with a dining area, including an American refrigerator with ice machine, SMEG stove with a large oven, a microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Villa Entre Citron et Lemon is located near Saint-Tropez. Between the lively seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime (7 km away) and the historic city of Fréjus (12 km away), you will find the quiet village of Les Issambres. It is a small seaside resort on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with intimate, hidden sandy beaches and bays.

Les Issambres has its own marina, a sailing school and offers a direct boat connection to Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud, among others. From Les Issambres you can travel inland without traffic jams through the beautiful nature of the 'Massif des Maures', or reach the Nice-Marseille motorway in just over 15 minutes.

Every Monday morning there is a market in the village. On all other mornings there are lively markets in nearby towns, where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and fruit, clothing and various typical Provencal products. Les Issambres also has several tennis courts, mini golf, a pharmacy, a Thalassotherapy center, a spa, a tourist office, a supermarket, several bakeries, a butcher and a fish shop. There are also several nice restaurants nearby.
