Villa Cécile is an attractive villa for up to 8 people with a fenced private swimming pool. The holiday home is conveniently located approximately 800m from the center of Draguignan, where there are numerous restaurants and nice shops. It has its own flat plot of 820 m2, which is completely enclosed with a fence and an electric entrance gate.
The terraces and swimming pool are south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The swimming pool is enclosed with a fence, so that there is optimal safety if you are with small children. There is a large covered terrace (40m2) with 2 dining tables and a small lawn in front of the house with play equipment for the children.
There is a gas plancha and an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, which can also be used as a barbecue.

The house is very nicely decorated with many light colors. The living room has a spacious seating area with a fireplace and is equipped with WiFi.
The living room has a dining table with seating for 8 people, and the adjacent semi-open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. In the separate utility room there is a special wine refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board with bolt.
There is also almost everything available for the children, a cot, a rocking chair, a potty and various children's games.
There are 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (Reversible) that can cool and heat.
The holiday home is within walking distance of the center of Draguignan (800m), the capital of the Var. Here you can find several nice restaurants and shops. From the garden you have a view of the old city center.
