Level 2 overlooks a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea, the islands of the Levant and Port-Cros, equipped for lunch or sunbathing. A gas plancha, parasol and blind.
A closed garage for one car, possibility to park another car in front.
Very close to the beautiful beach of Canadel (public beach and 2 private beaches Tropicana and The Golden Anchor), possibility to rent an anchorage for a boat in the bay.
