To ensure a fresh, pleasant and carefree stay for every guest, smoking is not permitted in or around Résidence Blanche, and pets are not allowed.

Inside, Résidence Blanche offers bright and elegant living spaces on the ground floor, including a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a desk and a comfortable lounge area. The interior, designed in calm natural and white tones, is tastefully complemented by colourful artwork and exudes a relaxed sense of luxury.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Air conditioning and high-speed Starlink internet are available throughout the property.

Outdoors, Résidence Blanche invites you to fully relax and enjoy. The generous, largely south-facing and fully enclosed garden of approximately 1,300 m² offers complete privacy. Here you will find the swimming pool, a covered pool house, various seating and lounging areas, a dining area with barbecue, a lounge corner and an outdoor shower. Children have plenty of space to play on the artificial grass, with additional amenities such as table tennis, pétanque and an outdoor chess set. In the garden behind the villa, you will find various fruit trees, including lemon, limequat, kumquat, fig and cherry trees. Fresh bay leaves for cooking can also be picked here.

For added comfort during your stay, a number of additional services are available at an extra charge and can easily be requested at the time of booking. These include pool heating outside the high season, an electric vehicle charging point at the driveway, and interim cleaning services, optionally combined with a linen change, for an extra carefree stay. The gas barbecue is available for your use; any costs for replacing the gas bottle are the responsibility of the guests.

Stays at Résidence Blanche are from Sunday to Sunday, allowing for relaxed arrivals and departures away from the usual changeover crowds.

Ground floor

In this modern villa, you will enjoy generous space and comfort throughout. On the ground floor you will find the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, offering a high level of convenience with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, combination oven/microwave, boiling water tap and a wine fridge. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with, among other amenities, a washing machine and a dryer. Opposite the front door, there is a hallway with a guest toilet.

Also on the ground floor are the dining area, a desk and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, which can be used with the DVD player, Wii U or via Chromecast. There is no traditional TV reception (such as cable or satellite). Enjoy relaxed evenings watching your favourite films and series via your own TV provider (e.g. Ziggo, Telenet, Sky) or streaming apps such as Netflix or YouTube. Once connected to the Wi-Fi network, you can also use the speaker system via your own Sonos account.

Furthermore, the ground floor features the inviting master bedroom, a true oasis of comfort. This bedroom has its own private bathroom and offers ample wardrobe space for your convenience. The highlight is the king-size Vispring bed (180 x 200 cm), promising a restful and carefree night’s sleep. A place where you can truly unwind each evening.

All ground-floor rooms provide direct access to the partially covered terrace, where you will find the outdoor dining table and lounge set. Thanks to large windows all around, the villa is filled with natural daylight, while the air conditioning ensures a pleasantly cool indoor climate throughout the house.

First floor

On the first floor, you will find three additional modern bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. The double beds measure 200 x 220 cm, 180 x 200 cm and 200 x 210 cm respectively. Two south-facing bedrooms offer beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, one of which has a balcony where you can sit and relax.

The north-facing bedroom overlooks the fruit trees, and when you open the window, the scents of southern France drift inside. All bedrooms are equipped with curtains, shutters and air conditioning. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.

To make your stay as carefree as possible, the beds are made up for you upon arrival. In addition, two towels and a luxury hammam towel are provided for each guest, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday from the very first moment.

Within easy walking distance of Résidence Blanche lies Plage de la Garonnette, a sandy beach where you can rent sun loungers, enjoy friendly beach restaurants, and swim safely in the clear, gently sloping sea. Nearby you will find a Spar supermarket and a bakery. In the centre of Les Issambres, there is a local market every Monday and Friday morning, and in July and August also a lively evening market every Thursday and Sunday (weather permitting).

Résidence Blanche is located on the border of Sainte-Maxime. The centre of this charming seaside town, with its historic buildings, picturesque streets, many terraces and beautiful beaches, is easily accessible. During the summer months, you can take the ferry from the harbour of Les Issambres to Saint-Tropez, allowing you to avoid the busy coastal road. From October to April, the ferry departs from Sainte-Maxime.

Just a short distance from the villa, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy excellent Provençal wines. Le Clos Saint Martin in Roquebrune-sur-Argens and Le Moulin Le Magalie in Fréjus are nearby olive oil mills where you can taste delicious olive oils and find other local specialities to take home.

There are numerous activities for children, including the Aqualand water park in Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, a thrilling submarine tour with the Aquascope to explore the underwater world, canoeing on the Argens River, water fun at the Parc Aquatic Water Glisse Passion Arena near the beach in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, and adventure opportunities such as climbing in a ropes course or outdoor go-karting in Fréjus or Grimaud. The beautiful Jardin Botanique, with its enchanting garden and attractions, including a giant pirate ship, is also worth a visit.

The region offers many other interesting destinations, such as Saint-Tropez, where artists and celebrities have been gathering since the 1950s. Port Grimaud, also known as the "Venice of Provence," and the picturesque village of Gassin are well worth a visit. Fréjus, with its Roman amphitheater, aqueduct, magnificent cathedral, and Zoological Park, is also a popular city to explore.

Inland, you'll find the medieval village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, where you can stroll through charming streets, squares, and fountains and soak up the Provençal charm. A full 80% of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is covered in forest, making it a paradise for nature lovers, with its beautiful hiking and cycling trails.

North of Roquebrune-sur-Argens lies La Bouverie, Roquebrune's green lung, with a diverse natural area, from lush forests to the ochre cliffs of the Blavet Gorges. A popular attraction is the Maison du Chocolat.

For hikers, the 12-kilometer coastal path from San Peïre to Saint-Aygulf is highly recommended. Along the way, you'll encounter La Gaillarde, a well-preserved 2,000-year-old Roman fishpond. Here you can snorkel in the clear water, enjoy the abundance of marine life, and admire green crabs and hermit crabs.
