Interior

The house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. In the private garden there is a studio with a third bedroom and a simple shower and toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, etc. There are several places around the house to enjoy the outdoor space during the day and in the evening. The depth of the pool starts on one side with approximately 40 cm and ends with 220 cm on the other side.

Surroundings

It is not easy to find a similarly varied environment. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Shops are easily accessible in the area. A small supermarket can be found about 1.5 km away. Larger supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. You can walk in the forest around the neighborhood. The mountains are easy to reach by car and the coast is nearby with beautiful beaches and towns. medieval villages are available. There is fresh water entertainment in the village and lakes in the area.
