Villa with private pool located on a large private plot just outside the cozy village of Tourrettes. The villa lies on the top of a hill and has a beautiful panoramic view over the area with mountains, historic villages and castles and down to the coastline at St-Raphael on clear days. The village of Tourrettes can be reached within 15 min walk and offers an open-air art exhibition, a medieval castle, some small shops, a few restaurants, a wine bar and charming square covered by Platane trees. Beside Tourrettes lies to the popular village Fayence, known for its shops, restaurants and its Provencal market 3 times a week. Within 15 min. drive you will find large supermarkets.

The villa is located on a small country road. Access via gate and an alley bordered with lavenders and olive trees. The villa is surrounded by a large terraced garden with olive trees. In front of the villa there is a beautiful pergola what provides shade for a sitting area with dining table. The western part of the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. From the large terrace area you can walk down to the heated overflow pool surrounded by a sun terrace. In the garden you will also find a boules court, large parking area, carport and football goals. The garden can be illuminated by night.

The villa is in 2 levels and consists of a spacious living room/dining room with fireplace, an open plan kitchen, TV-room, a laundry and a separate toilet. A staircase leads up to the 1st floor with an open mezzanine with access to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a study area. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the last 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.

Living, Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Through a covered entrance you enter into a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area with a fireplace, a large open kitchen, a separate study and TV room. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary machines and kitchen equipment, including two big fridges. The living room and TV room give access to a spacious terrace through wide French doors. In the evening, the lights from the surrounding villages provide an extraordinary view. The ground floor has also a separate toilet and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The whole villa is equipped with a central air-conditioning system and each bedroom can be individually regulated.

The staircase leads to an open mezzanine on the first floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a study area. The master bedroom has a king size double bed (180 x 200), an individual toilet and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, double sink).

The mezzanine gives access to 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom (toilet, double sink, bath) and a double bed (160 x 200). A third separate bathroom (toilet, shower, bath and sink) serves the remaining two bedrooms 3 and 4.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200) and bedroom 4, ideal for children or teenagers, has two single beds (2x90x200). All toilets and bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. A baby cot and high-chair are also provided for young families. All the beds are prepared with high-quality cotton linen.

Pool and Garden

From a small country road (called “ Calade” in French), you access the villa through a private gate and an alley bordered by lavenders and olives trees. The secluded garden of 6.750 m2 is built on characteristic stone walled terraces called "Restanques", and planted with olive trees. Both the entrance gate and all shutters have been completely renewed, providing the house with a fresh appearance.

The Villa is situated beside the village of Tourrettes in the Canton of Fayence, located in the VAR department (Provence – Cote d’Azur). Tourrettes is only 30 min drive from Cannes and Antibes on the Cote d’Azur, and 45 minutes from Nice Airport. Tourrettes lies beside the popular village of Fayence, known for its shops, restaurants and its provencal market 3 times per week. Tourrettes is only 15 min by foot from the villa and offers a permanent open-art exhibition, a medieval castel and village, some lovely shops, a few restaurants, a wine bar and a stunning provencal square covered by Platane trees.
