The winding road uphill towards the village of Tourtour, with its stunning, expansive views over the green countryside, will put you in the perfect holiday mood. Here, you'll truly enjoy pure authenticity. A side road leads to the villa, situated on over 10 hectares of private land. Enjoy long walks, or let your children play freely and enjoy the tranquility.

The driveway leads to the elevated villa, oriented towards the south. There's ample parking for all vehicles, including loading and unloading directly at the room level. The inviting outdoor setting is immediately noticeable. A beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants and flowers surrounds a lawn and the spacious swimming pool. The pool measures 9m by 4m and is 1.5m deep along its entire length, with steps for easy access. Around the pool, you'll find comfortable lounge chairs and shade under the wooden patio cover attached to the main house. A charming wooden lounge set is also provided, perfect for enjoying a drink together. Next to it is a beautifully maintained pétanque court and, next to the main house, an extended terrace where you can also play table tennis.

And then we haven't even mentioned the covered terrace attached to the annex! An authentic wooden table welcomes your entire group for a cozy meal under the atmospheric lighting for the evening.

First, let's enter the main house. You enter directly from the garden into a large living area with, on one side, a seating area with a comfortable sofa, television, and wood-burning stove (optional for the colder evenings in spring and autumn), and on the other side, a spacious dining table that connects to the open-plan kitchen. Cooking becomes a pleasure as you work together at the wooden bar with high chairs and enjoy some tasty snacks. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, a ceramic stove with 4 burners, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and all kinds of smaller electrical appliances. You'll want for nothing.

From the living area, with a toilet and a storage/laundry room next to the stairs, you reach the first floor. This brings you to the level of the front door, which opens onto the driveway behind the house. Ideal for unloading luggage directly into the bedrooms. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a shared bathroom. The blue bedroom is very spacious and opens onto a terrace via sliding doors. Each bedroom has ample closet space and a beautifully contemporary design. The shared bathroom has a double sink and a large walk-in shower. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.

The main house has a single central air conditioning unit that cools the upper and lower floors.

The annex is located next to the main house and is divided by a staircase leading to the higher driveway. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, closet space, television, and an adjoining bathroom with a single sink, toilet, and shower. From the bedroom, a wooden staircase leads to an open-plan upstairs space. This upstairs space has been made child-safe. Additional wooden crossbars prevent the risk of falling (not yet visible in the photo). There are two single beds, each of which has since been fitted with a bed frame. The studio is equipped with air conditioning.

Villa La Source is located along a country road with no through traffic. From here, you can easily reach the center of Tourtour, even on foot, as it's only a 1 km walk. In the center of Tourtour, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Provence, you'll find a local bakery, local shops, and lovely restaurants. The owner has also partnered with a hotel there to provide electric vehicle charging.

Ideal day trips include the vast Verdon nature reserve and Lac de Sainte-Croix. Besides admiring this natural phenomenon, it also offers numerous sports opportunities, such as kayaking, pedaloing, and hiking. Further south of the village of Tourtour lie other interesting villages to visit, such as Lorgues, Cotignac, and Salernes.

If you prefer a day at the seaside, Sainte-Maxime is an hour's drive away.
