This modern holiday home from 2020 has everything on one floor. In addition to all the comfort and equipment, it also offers a spacious garden, swimming pool and a unique view of the Mont Ventoux everywhere. In the area you can cycle, walk, enjoy culinary delights and visit beautiful Provencal villages. The foot of Mont Ventoux in Bédoin is 12 km away.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV Vlaanderen and air conditioning. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds of 90cm x 180cm that can be placed separately or as a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 2 toilets available. The kitchen also has a large storage room.
The enclosed plot has a spacious garden with play tower, trampoline and heated swimming pool. There is both a covered terrace and a spacious sun terrace with garden furniture for 6 to 8 people. The garden also has a separate terrace as a lounge for cozy aperitifs with a sublime view of the Mont Ventoux. The garden and terraces offer a lot of privacy. In the immediate vicinity there is an opportunity to cycle, walk, enjoy culinary delights, visit wine caves, enjoy Provencal markets, etc..
