Welcome to our fully renovated Provençal villa with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and located at the foot of the Nesque gorges. The house offers great comfort with 4 bedrooms (2 new high-end 160 beds) each with its own bathroom. The air-conditioned living room with its huge bay window with brick partition allows you to contemplate Mont Ventoux and offers a cozy and relaxing space. An 11x6 salt pool with 8 deckchairs, a petanque court, a ping-pong table await you.

The fully equipped and comfortable house has 8 beds, each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom. With its natural travertine stone floor, its air-conditioned living room with a huge bay window with brick partition allowing you to contemplate Mont Ventoux, it offers a cozy and relaxing space.

 On the ground floor, you will find:

- a spacious entrance with a large closet,

- a 40m2 living room opening onto a beautiful terrace,

- an open kitchen with a 2nd terrace and a summer dining room under an awning which directly overlooks a petanque court,

- a large bedroom with a top-of-the-range 160x200cm double bed and en-suite bathroom,

- a second bedroom with a top-of-the-range 160x200 cm double bed and bathroom with bathtub,

- a third bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed and en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, the mezzanine overlooks a solarium and a bedroom with air conditioning with a 140 bed and a 90x200cm bed and its bathroom which can accommodate up to 3 children.

The 2500 m2 garden is landscaped and houses a beautiful 11.5x6m salt pool and its equipped beach with 8 comfortable deckchairs.

A petanque court is at your disposal as well as a ping-pong table.

A large secure garage allows you to store your bikes.

Parking for 3 cars.

A Weber barbecue is available.

Broadband Internet/Wifi is available.

Rental period: at least 7 days, arrival and departure out of rush on the roads on Fridays. Contact me if necessary for any other request.

Cleaning at the beginning / end of the stay is included in the overall price. Pool maintenance once a week is included.

Possibility to rent bed linen / household linen (with beds made on arrival).

There are many hikes and bike rides from the house. You can visit beautiful Provencal villages a few km away (Blauvac, Malaucène, Bedoin, Pernes Les Fontaines, L'Isle sur la Sorgue with its second-hand dealers).. or just a little further with Vaison la Romaine or Gordes, or Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise.

You can enjoy the typical landscapes of the region surrounding the house with vineyards, lavender fields and olive trees, picturesque villages and of course Mont Ventoux, for cyclists but also hikers, or simply to go and admire a sunset!
