We have recently become the owners of this beautiful recently built holiday house with all comforts situated in a quiet area near Villes sur Auzon only 10 km from Bedoin. Ideal for doing nothing and enjoying a glass of wine from the beautiful view of the Mount Ventoux and surrounding vineyards or actively walking or cycling in this beautiful region bordering the Luberon.
In addition to family tourism during the high season, we also cater to cycling groups who use our holiday home as a base from which to ride through the beautiful countryside. We provide a bike shed and all information for nice cycling routes with MTB, road bike or E-bike so you can fully enjoy this cycling paradise where there is much more to explore than just the Mont Ventoux.
When we saw this house we immediately fell in love with the breathtaking view and the tranquillity in the middle of nature but still centrally located for all sights. This holiday home was built recently and therefore has all the comfort you need. You can also enjoy the peaceful nature and the beautiful panoramic view of the Mont Ventoux and surrounding vineyards. The house is suitable for max. 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This Provencal house has the typical wooden shutters and travertine floors throughout the house which beautifully continue into the spacious terrace.

Large living room with lots of light and view on the beautiful Mont Ventoux with comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV with TV cabinet and a dining table.Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and all other necessities. Washing machine and iron.
1 Bedroom downstairs with a large bed that can be converted into 2 separate beds if desired. walk-in closet and large walk-in shower with washbasin, room opens onto terrace.

Upstairs:
2 spacious bedrooms with built-in closets and a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and Mont Ventoux. Also here the beds can be converted into 2 separate beds. Shared spacious bathroom accessible from both bedrooms with very large walk-in shower and washbasin, separate toilet.
Outside:
Large front terrace of 35 m² in the typical travertine floors with stunning panoramic views over the vineyards and the Mont Ventoux. A private Roman style swimming pool to enjoy the warm days. Separate terrace on the east side to enjoy the morning sun in comfortable lounge chairs, dining table with chairs and 2 separate parasols. Private parking and a shed with lockable storage for bicycles.
From our house you can immediately start a walking route that will even take you to the beautiful Gorges de la Nesque.
In Villes-sur-Auzon, at about 2,5 km from Saint-Estève, there is a traditional bakery and there are some shops and cafés with terraces. In this village, the cycling tourists find their way to the beautiful route along the Gorges de la Nesque or to the climb of the col de Notre Dame des Abeilles (996 m).
Nearby is the idyllic natural lake "Plan d'eau de Salettes" with a beach where you can bathe, swim and also fish (Mormoiron). For those with an adventurous spirit or children, "Ventoux Adventures" is highly recommended, where you can choose between a survival course and MTB tours.
The city of Carpentras, which is also worth a visit and where you will find the necessary shops, is at 16 km. The famous town of Bédoin, where the ascent of the Mont Ventoux (1912 m) can be started, is 10 km from the house, an ideal warm-up.
Other towns and villages in the vicinity: Mazan (9 km), Venasque (15.6 km), Pernes les Fontaines (16.5 km), Vaison la Romaine (35.7 km), Sénanque (35 km) Avignon (40 km TGV station only 25 minutes drive from holiday home), Orange (42.6 km)
And don't forget the beautiful villages of the Luberon: Gordes offers its castle and the village of the "bories"; Roussillon hangs picturesquely against its ochre-coloured cliffs; the ruins of an old castle colour the picturesque village of Oppède-le-Vieux; L'Isle sur la Sorgue - "the Provencal Venice" - is a centre of bric-a-brac and antiques; In Fontaine de Vaucluse, you will discover the source of the Sorgue; at the foot of the "Dentelles de Montmirail", you will find famous wine villages Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Beaumes-de-Venise; and once you have crossed the Gorges de la Nesque, you will arrive in the city of Sault with its beautiful lavender fields. Finally, the lively Marseille and the Camargue with its wild horses and pink flamingos at the Mediterranean Sea are only a 1 hour's drive away from our location. In short, there is something for everyone.
