Luxury 4-star holiday home at the base of Mont Ventoux: Residence Active.

A luxury 6-person villa with a heated private pool. The property is situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the village of Malaucène and has an official 4-star classification. It is the perfect base for a cycling holiday, beautiful hiking and trail running routes, and, of course, the many fantastic wine estates. From mid-April to the end of September, the private pool is even heated.

Residence Active is a luxury holiday villa equipped with a lot of comfort and therefore has a 4 star classification. The very spacious and luxurious holiday home features three large bedrooms upstairs, each with two single beds. There are large wardrobes and a central air conditioning/heating system, with one or more units in every room, allowing the entire house to be cooled or heated.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including various appliances: Nespresso, Senseo, toaster, hand blender, microwave, oven, kettle, etc.

The house has a fast Wi-Fi connection. The TV in the living area is equipped with Google TV and Chromecast, allowing you to easily play or stream anything you like from your phone or tablet.

All three bedrooms each have two single beds, and the power outlets are equipped with USB ports. The spacious bathroom features a double washbasin and a bathtub.

The house is fitted with several convectors for both cooling and heating.

Outside, by the pool, there is a second shower with both hot and cold water, and the small wall provides privacy while showering.

Under the covered terrace, you will find a large dining table and BBQ. In the shed there is a washing machine, a small fridge for cold drinks, a beanbag, and six beach chairs.

The region has a lot to offer when it comes to wine and good food. Well‑known wine villages such as Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, and Beaumes‑de‑Venise are all located nearby.

The Roman town of Vaison‑la‑Romaine is just a few kilometers away, where you can enjoy shopping, great dining, and a large regional market every Tuesday. There is also a beautiful climbing park called Oxygen. You will find more tips in the welcome guide in our home.

On Mont Ventoux, you can not only enjoy excellent cycling but, also hiking and trail running. Near the summit lies Mont Serein, where there are various fun activities, especially for children.
