Located in a peaceful rural setting, the villa features a fully enclosed garden with an electrically operated gate, as well as parking space for your vehicles. The swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 1.8 m deep) is secured with an alarm and surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a lawn where children can play. For outdoor dining, there is a cozy terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol.
Inside, you will find a bright living room with a sofa and a TV with Netflix (own subscription required). The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: two with double beds (160x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm). The bathroom features a spacious shower and double sinks. There are two separate toilets. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms ensures comfort during hot summer days.
Perfect location: Enjoy peace and quiet in Provence, close to the Sorguette river for a fishing trip or have fun at Parc Spirou, Wave Island water park, or the local recreational lake. For adventurers, Mont Ventoux is only a 30-minute drive away. The beautiful city of Avignon is just about a 15-minute drive away.
